Beat Street was built in 1991 to replace River City. It is located in Americana right behind the RipCord. It is patterned off of Coney Island and includes A line of shops, and two rides (Rockin' Reeler and The Skyliner). Beat Street isn't the most famous part of Worlds of Fun, mostly because it is hidden behind the RipCord and the Pizza Pier, but it is there and it is worth a trip back there as well. As you walk down Beat Street you will hear some of America's finest tunes from the past and present.
Your basic circular motion in a 48-ft diameter circle with small inclines. It is described as a Himalayan type ride. A good ride for those who aren't up to the Larger thrill rides. For more information Click Here.

A real working music recording studio! You can record your voice singing to your favorite song for a base price of $11 for one song. They have a list of about 100 songs to choose from. Songs Include everything from country to contemporary! Or you can make your own music video with your friends! This is a great way to remember your trip to Worlds of Fun!

Here you can create your own Sand Creature for $3 - $6 dollars. You can use many different colors of sand to fill a glass bottle (sizes differ). Then you can personalize it with eyes or hair to make it into a fitting Sand Creature!
Moms out there, don't worry this isn't a real tattoo parlor. Here you can get yourself a fake tattoo. There is a large selection of pre-designed tattoos to chose from!
